By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your LTMate Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.


The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at ltmatezs@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by visiting the Order section in Your Account.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

When ordering from Ltmate .com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient;Ltmate has no control over these charges, nor can ltmate predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Items shipped from Ltmate.com, including Ltmate Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

You can update your order quantity, billing address, shipping address, payment method, and more on your unshipped orders by visiting the Orders section in Your Account.

How to track my package?

After an order has shipped, you can track your packages on ltmate.com. From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery. To see estimated shipping times for your region, go to Global Shipping Times.

What is the return policy?

Items shipped from Ltmate.com, including Ltmate Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.

How long can I receive my refund money?

When returning an item you can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center.
If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.
